Throughout my readings I came across the following term, which has resonated in my work since:
FREE ASSOCIATION noun Psychoanalysis .
The uncensored expression of the ideas, impressions, etc., passing through the mind of the analyzed, a technique used to facilitate access to the unconscious.
During my work on the project titled "The Power of Thoughts" I found that the easiest way for me to document my emotional and mental states was by using free association in my sketchbook.
